Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in its original condition with all tags attached
  • Item must not show signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items from our collections:
  • Bikinis (unless unworn with original hygiene seals intact)
  • Beauty products (opened or unopened)
  • Belts that show any signs of wear
  • Personalized or made-to-measure Big & Tall Suits & Tailoring items

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, you’ll receive:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid return shipping label (for US returns)
  • Detailed return instructions

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please:

  • Repackage items securely in original packaging when possible
  • Include the original packing slip or invoice
  • Clearly mark your return authorization number on the package
  • For international returns: use a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)

Step 4: Processing Your Return/Exchange

Once we receive your return:

  • Allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
  • For exchanges: your replacement will ship within 2 business days after approval
  • For returns: refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Shipping

For exchanges:

  • Standard shipping rates apply for the replacement item
  • Free shipping will be honored if the new order qualifies (orders over $50)
  • Exchanges to different sizes of the same item incur no additional shipping charges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • We’ll arrange for a prepaid return and expedited replacement
  • No restocking fees apply in these cases
